We ship to most countries worldwide (except some regions and APO/FPO addresses).

📌 Important Details:

1. Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.

2. Please ensure your shipping address matches your order address. We cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed.

3. Product images are for reference only; actual items may vary slightly.

4. Transit times are provided by the carrier and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons.

5. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of payment, please contact us. We’ll promptly track your order and update you.

7. If your order hasn’t arrived on time, please contact us — we’ll either issue a refund or send you a replacement.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 60 days to return the item from the date you received it.

   • If the item has been in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered used and we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

   • No exceptions.

   📦 Return shipping costs will be shared equally — 50% by the buyer, 50% by the seller.

2. All returned items must be in their original packaging, and you must provide:

   • A valid tracking number

   • The reason for return

   • Your order ID

3. Once we receive the item in its original condition with all components and accessories included, we will refund the full purchase amount.

   • Alternatively, you may choose to receive a replacement.

   • Refunds will be processed after both buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction on AliExpress.

4. If the product you received is not as described or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs.
